I’m a librarian, presently working as an Information Management Specialist in Canada. I’ve been consulting for over five years in the field, building information architectures, taxonomies, metadata schema and information classification structures. I’m interested in technology, information management, personal finance and all sorts of other geeky things (books, computer building, gaming, you name it). I have a bike that I seem to like to ride when I’m not attempting to fix it.
The purpose of this blog is to share my musings on information technology and information management related issues. I also enjoy writing, so I suppose this provides as good a venue as any. If someone derives one kernel of useful information out of every few posts, I’ll have achieved one of my goals.
My opinions do not in any way reflect the views of my employer. They are strictly my own.
